How a session works
​
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Benson directs divine energy through his hands and places his hands 2-3 inches above the body. He does not touch his clients but sends energy through his hands to all of the chakra points along the body. Also, if a client has pain in specific areas, Benson will direct healing energy to that area.
​
Clients usually experience a wonderful feeling of relaxation within a few moments. This sensation of well-being and rejuvenation increases throughout the session. Clients often feel a warmth or tingling from Benson's hands that many experience as the "warmth of the sun".
​
Sessions take place at Benson's Pico/Robertson studio or for an extra fee Benson can come to your home or office.
